• What’s included with a standard move?
  Professional movers for the time you select (3-hr, 4-hr, or 6-hr blocks), loading and unloading of household items, basic furniture protection (pads/blankets when available), and standard disassembly/reassembly for beds and simple items. Travel to and from your locations is included. Supplies like boxes/tape are not included unless you add Packing Helpers.
• How do your time blocks work (3-hr, 4-hr, 6-hr)?
  Choose the block that best fits your home size and list of items. If the job finishes early, great! If more time is needed and the crew’s schedule allows, you can request extra time at the same hourly rate.
• Do you offer labor-only moves and moves with a truck?
  Yes. Book labor-only if you already have a truck, POD, or rental. If you need a truck, select that option when you book and include both addresses, distance, and parking details.
• Are there extra fees for stairs, elevators, or long carries?
  There are no additional fees for stairs with our moving services! Our pricing model is based on the hour.
• Can you help with packing?
  Yes—Packing Helpers are available for your move.. We can pack kitchens, closets, and decor. Let us know how many rooms and whether you need boxes, paper, and tape, or if you’ll provide supplies.

  For safety and compliance, we can’t move hazardous materials (propane, fuels, paints/solvents in open containers), firearms/ammunition, live animals, or items permanently affixed to walls. Large safes, pianos, or specialty items may require advance approval—please list them in your notes.
• Do you disassemble and reassemble furniture?
  Basic disassembly/reassembly (beds, table legs) is included. Complex systems (e.g., bunk beds with built-ins, wall-mounted items, custom cabinetry) may require extra time or a handyman—please describe details in your booking.
