What’s included with a standard TV mounting appointment?
Level, centered mounting of your TV on a customer-provided mount, secure anchoring to the appropriate wall structure, basic wire tidy, and connection of common devices (streaming box, game console, soundbar). Cleanup included.

Do you provide the mount, or do I need to bring my own?
We install customer-provided mounts (flat, tilt, or full-motion). If you’re unsure which mount to buy, share your TV model and preferred motion range—we’ll confirm VESA pattern, weight, and stud spacing guidance before the visit.

What TV sizes do you support?
We mount 32" & under, 33–60", and 61"+ displays. Extremely large/weighted sets may require two technicians—tell us the exact model in your notes.

Can you mount on brick, concrete, or over a fireplace?
Yes—wood studs, plaster, drywall, brick, and concrete are supported. Over-fireplace installs may need heat-clearance checks and special anchors. Share your wall type and fireplace details in the booking notes for accurate prep.

We offer wire concealment for an additional add-on fee to our standard TV mounting services.

I rent—can you still mount my TV?
Usually yes, with standard stud mounts and patchable holes. Please verify landlord/HOA rules first and note any restrictions. If drilling isn’t allowed, we can discuss no-drill furniture/stand alternatives.

How long does installation take?
Most installs take 45–120 minutes depending on TV size, wall type, mount style, wire concealment, and device hookups. Over-fireplace or masonry installs tend to run longer.

What should I prepare before the pro arrives?
Have your TV, mount, and cables on-site; clear the area; and confirm Wi-Fi and power access. If you have a location in mind, mark center/height. Add your TV model, mount model, and wall type in the booking notes.
