You must be 18+ and able to form a contract. Keep your info accurate and your login secure. We may decline, suspend, or terminate accounts for misuse.

• We connect you with independent Pros (we don’t perform the services).
• Your service contract is between you and the Pro.
• Pros are responsible for tools, skills, licenses, and insurance where required.
• We are not a contractor, retailer, or manufacturer and don’t guarantee permits, code compliance, or results.

• Estimates/pricing are shown at booking; final charges may reflect scope you approve.
• All payments must go through the Platform. Do not pay Pros directly.
• Taxes/fees may apply. You’re responsible for chargebacks or declined payments.

If a Pro cancels, we’ll attempt to rematch you or refund the booking charge.

Provide safe access; disclose wall types/utilities/hazards; secure pets/valuables; follow prep notes. You’re responsible for hidden conditions (e.g., plumbing/electrical in walls) and manufacturer instructions you decline.

Lux Pro does not sell products. If you provide mounts/materials, you’re responsible for fit and condition. If a Pro supplies materials, that is between you and the Pro.

By booking, you consent to service-related calls/emails/texts (confirmations, updates). Opt out of marketing texts anytime by replying STOP. Carrier rates may apply.

You grant Lux Pro a nonexclusive license to use reviews/content for operations and marketing. Keep content honest, lawful, and non-infringing; we may remove content that violates these Terms.

The Platform and information are provided “AS IS.” Lux Pro makes no warranties, express or implied, including workmanlike quality, fitness for a particular purpose, or code compliance. Pros are solely responsible for their work.

• To the maximum extent permitted by Georgia law, Lux Pro is not liable for acts/omissions of Pros or third parties.
• Lux Pro’s total liability for a booking is limited to the amount you paid Lux Pro for that booking.
• No indirect, special, incidental, exemplary, or consequential damages.
• You agree to indemnify Lux Pro for claims arising from your misuse, instructions, materials, site conditions, or breach.
